We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful citrus fields and close to all the activities in the area. The spacious dining area was a highlight, offering a lovely atmosphere to enjoy delicious meals. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff providing excellent room service and housekeeping. We also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also loved the outdoor terrace and garden area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Located in a convenient area, close to all activities in the village and surrounding Addo. the garden is well-maintained and offers a lovely retreat. the spa facilities are great, and the treatments are of fantastic quality. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all necessary amenities.
The lighting in some of the rooms is not romantic, and some treatments are only offered during the day, which can be inconvenient who want to participate in other activities.

The hotel was very clean inside and outside, with an atmosphere that made me feel like I was in a charming Mediterranean town. the breakfast was delicious and they were happy to accommodate any request we had. the spa was also a highlight, with great affordable treatments. the location was perfect for visiting the nearby national park and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Nice garden and interior decoration. The breakfast was good, they had a delicious option with granola and yogurt. The location was convenient as it was close to the national park and other activities.
We stayed at New Year's Eve and there were not enough staff to handle the guests. We had to wait for a long time to check-in, and the room wasn't ready at the expected time.

I stayed at a health spa and guesthouse in this city and was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the rooms. The parking was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location in the garden was beautiful, and breakfast in the very spacious dining area was enjoyable.
